The school is looking to take on a full time 1:1 Teaching Assistant starting ASAP. The successful 1:1 Teaching Assistant will be working closely with a pupil with SEND and SEMH needs, providing tailored support, encouraging engagement, and helping to manage behaviour effectively throughout the school day.

The successful 1:1 Teaching Assistant will have:
• Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent experience
• Experience supporting pupils with SEND and SEMH
• Experience working on a 1:1 basis
• Strong behaviour management skills
• A patient, resilient and caring approach
• A ‘can-do’ attitude and strong teamwork skills
