Seven Hills School, a specialist provision in North Somerset, supports pupils from Early Years to Key Stage 5 with personalised learning pathways that focus on independence, life skills, confidence, and wellbeing. Role Overview

As a SEND Teacher, you will:

• Deliver engaging lessons tailored to pupils with complex SEND needs across classrooms
• Support communication, emotional regulation, and independence alongside academic learning
• Plan and implement personalised learning strategies for pupils with ASC, SEMH, and other additional needs
• Use a calm, consistent, and nurturing approach to support behaviour, engagement, and wellbeing
• Work collaboratively with teaching assistants, therapists, and specialist staff to provide a holistic learning experience

Requirements

✅ Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
✅ Experience teaching pupils with SEND, ASC, SEMH, or learning difficulties
✅ Calm, consistent, and nurturing approach to teaching and behaviour management
✅ Ability to deliver personalised learning and support emotional regulation
✅ Ideally access to your own transport due to location
