Salary: £160-220 per day (Depending on Experience)

About the Role
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Teacher with strong experience supporting primary aged children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) to join our supportive and inclusive team. The successful candidate will be committed to helping every child reach their full potential academically, socially, and emotionally.
You will play a key role in delivering high-quality teaching and learning while adapting approaches to meet the needs of children with a range of SEND, including autism, ADHD, speech and language needs, and social, emotional, and mental health needs.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated learning for primary aged children.
Adapt teaching strategies and resources to meet the needs of children with SEND.
Monitor and assess progress, implementing targeted interventions where required.
Foster a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment.
Communicate effectively with parents and carers regarding progress and wellbeing.
Contribute positively to the wider team and organisational ethos.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
Proven experience working with primary aged children with SEND.
Strong understanding of inclusive teaching strategies and differentiated learning.
Experience supporting children with EHCPs and delivering targeted interventions.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
A patient, nurturing approach and a commitment to inclusive education.
