These settings are committed to providing tailored education programmes for pupils who may be out of mainstream education, need additional support, or require a more personalised approach to learning.

We are looking to recruit dedicated Tutors on a temporary, flexible basis. The successful Tutor will be delivering engaging sessions in core subjects such as English, Maths, or Science, often on a 1:1 basis, supporting students with a range of needs including SEND, SEMH, or those at risk of exclusion.

The successful Tutor will have:
• Experience working with children or young people in an educational setting
• Strong subject knowledge (English, Maths, Science or other specialism)
• Experience delivering 1:1 or small group interventions
• The ability to plan and deliver engaging, differentiated sessions
• Strong behaviour management and communication skills
• A patient, flexible and empathetic approach
• The ability to build positive and trusting relationships with learners
• A proactive ‘can-do’ attitude

Ideally, you will also have:
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), PGCE, or a relevant degree
• Experience working with pupils with SEND, SEMH, or those outside mainstream education
