We are recruiting Teaching Assistants to work 1:1 with pupils with additional needs in a highly supportive and inclusive primary school. This full-time role starts in September and runs for one academic year, offering valuable classroom experience.

This role is perfect if you are studying or have completed a degree in:
- Education Studies
- Psychology
- Sociology
- Or a related field
It’s also ideal if you're considering a career in:
- Primary Teaching
- SEND (Special Educational Needs & Disabilities)
- Educational Psychology
- Pastoral Support
Your Responsibilities
As a Teaching Assistant / Learning Support Assistant, you will:
- Work closely with class teachers and the SEN team
- Provide 1:1 support for pupils with additional needs
- Help pupils access the curriculum
- Support social, emotional, and academic development
- Build confidence and encourage independence
You’ll gain hands-on experience in:
- Classroom practice
- Behaviour support strategies
- Inclusive teaching methods
