Teaching Assistant

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Teaching Assistants to join a welcoming and high-achieving secondary school in the Monmouth area. The role includes general classroom support as well as one-to-one assistance for pupils, ideally with experience in Additional Learning Needs (ALN). Key Attributes of the Ideal Teaching Assistant

First aid experience and relevant qualifications are highly desirable.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience supporting pupils with Additional Learning Needs (ALN).
• Level 3 NVQ or CACHE qualification or above (preferred but not essential).
• Familiarity with ELSA or Thrive programmes (preferred but not essential).
• A caring, empathetic, and patient approach.
