TeacherActive is proud to be working with a range of fantastic primary and secondary schools across Worcester. We are looking for enthusiastic and reliable Teaching Assistants to provide classroom support and help pupils reach their full potential.

You will work alongside teachers to support pupils across the classroom, deliver small group interventions, and provide 1:1 support where required. This is a great opportunity for experienced Teaching Assistants who enjoy making a positive impact in the classroom.

The Successful Teaching Assistant Will Have:

At least 6 months’ experience working within UK schools
A Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (desirable)
A positive, patient and supportive approach to working with children
Strong communication and classroom support skills
The ability to work well as part of a team
A good understanding of safeguarding (training provided)
