Salary: £92.65 - £105 per day

The school has a strong ethos centred around inclusion, development and high expectations, with a welcoming Head Teacher and Senior Leadership Team who are committed to staff development and pupil success.

The school is looking to appoint a dedicated 1:1 Teaching Assistant on a full-time basis from September for the full academic year. The successful Teaching Assistant will be working closely with a pupil on a 1:1 basis, supporting their academic, social and emotional development, with full training provided to ensure you are confident and effective in the role.

The successful 1:1 Teaching Assistant will have:

• A degree in Psychology, Sociology, Sport or a related subject
• A genuine passion for working with children
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Patience, resilience and a nurturing approach
• The ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff
• A proactive and enthusiastic attitude
