What will you be doing?
- Supporting pupils in the classroom, either one-to-one or in small groups
- Assisting with learning activities and targeted interventions
- Helping to create a positive and engaging learning environment
- Working across EYFS, KS1, KS2, and supporting pupils with Additional Learning Needs (ALN)
What are we looking for?
- Experience working with children (ALN experience is beneficial)
- A caring, patient, and positive approach
- Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn
- No formal qualifications required, transferable skills are welcomed
