The Primary School is looking to take on an experienced Teaching Assistant / TA that is familiar working with children who have additional learning needs on a 1:1 basis. The successful candidate will be working closely with the class teacher to best support younger pupils with a range of special educational needs, including ADHD and challenging behaviour. This role will be a great opportunity to expand your classroom management skills and receive an abundance of experience to help build your CV.

The successful Teaching Assistant / TA will have:

• Minimum Level 2 Teaching Assistant / TA qualification OR 6 month experience in an educational establishment
• Ability to use your initiative to respond to situations
• A good understanding of child protection and safeguarding guidelines
• Excellent verbal communication skills
