About the role:

You will manage a caseload of apprentices, supporting them throughout their learning journey and ensuring they develop the knowledge, skills, and behaviours required to succeed.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Delivering high-quality training and support
  • Conducting workplace assessments and progress reviews
  • Monitoring and recording apprentice progress
  • Preparing apprentices for End Point Assessment (EPA)
  • Building strong relationships with employers
  • Supporting business development initiatives
  • Ensuring compliance with industry standards and Health & Safety
  • Maintaining accurate documentation and records

This role offers flexible working, including a blend of on-site delivery, employer visits, and remote administrative work.


What we’re looking for:

  • Level 3 (or higher) qualification in Domestic and Commercial Electrical Installation
  • Significant, relevant industry experience
  • Assessor and/or IQA qualification (desirable)
  • Experience in teaching or assessing
  • Strong understanding of Apprenticeship Standards and EPA requirements
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Confidence using IT systems and digital tools
  • A flexible, team-oriented approach
  • A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (or ability to travel across Cambridgeshire and surrounding areas)
