Job Title: Challenging Behaviour Teaching Assistant (Flexible / Full-Time / Part-Time)

Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting teachers in delivering fun and engaging PE and sports sessions
- Encouraging teamwork, confidence, and participation
- Assisting with classroom management and behaviour support
- Working closely with children and young people in a positive environment
✅ Requirements:
- At least 6 months experience working with children or young people (including voluntary work)
- Passion for sport and education
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- A proactive and flexible attitude
