Our dedicated in house compliance team follows a rigorous safeguarding process designed to protect your pupils and ensure every educator we supply is fully prepared for the role. Before anyone enters your school, they complete an interview, identity and right to work verification, thorough professional referencing, a Barred List check and an Enhanced DBS check. They complete mandatory safeguarding training videos prior to placement, ensuring they are prepared to work safely in school.
