Job Title: FE Lecturer
Location: Luton

Salary: £25 - £30 per hour

TeacherActive is proud to be working with a further education setting in Luton, supporting with their recruitment for a passionate Lecturer. The FE setting prides itself on creating an inclusive and engaging learning environment, helping learners develop both academically and professionally through high-quality teaching and support.
The college is looking to take on a driven Lecturer on either a full-time or part-time basis from September. The successful Lecturer will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging lessons, supporting learners to achieve their full potential, and maintaining a positive and productive classroom environment within the FE setting.
The successful Lecturer will have:
A recognised teaching qualification such as PGCE, Cert Ed or DTLLS
Experience teaching within a Further Education or secondary setting
Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
Excellent communication and organisational skills
The ability to motivate and inspire learners
A flexible and proactive approach to teaching
