Role Overview
We are seeking motivated Secondary Cover Supervisors who demonstrate outstanding behaviour management skills along with a creative and empathetic approach. You will join an innovative team delivering a forward-thinking curriculum, maintaining high expectations for all pupils, and inspiring a lifelong love of learning.
Key Requirements
- Level 3 or HLTA qualification (desirable, but not essential).
- PGCE or PCET qualifications will also be considered.
- Strong classroom and behaviour management abilities.
- Proactive, approachable, and collaborative mindset.
- Familiarity with the Curriculum for Wales framework and its expectations.
- Understanding of planning and assessment procedures.
