Job Title: Cover Supervisor

Start Date: Immediate Start
Salary: £110 - £130 per day

Are you looking for flexible, ad-hoc day-to-day work as a Cover Supervisor?

TeacherActive is proud to be working with a number of mainstream secondary schools across Swindon. These schools are known for their supportive leadership teams, inclusive environments, and strong focus on maintaining high standards of behaviour and learning.

The schools are looking to take on adaptable and reliable Cover Supervisors on an ad-hoc, day-to-day basis. The successful Cover Supervisor will be responsible for delivering pre-set lessons across Key Stage 3 / KS3 and Key Stage 4 / KS4, ensuring students remain on task and managing classroom behaviour effectively.

The successful Cover Supervisor will have:
• Experience working with secondary school students
• Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• The ability to adapt quickly to different subjects and classrooms
• A proactive and confident approach
• A ‘can-do’ attitude with flexibility for day-to-day work
