Salary: £100 - £130 per day

• Do you have experience managing classrooms across Key Stage 3 / KS3 and Key Stage 4 / KS4?
• Are you confident delivering pre-set lessons across a range of subjects?
• Do you have strong behaviour management skills and a positive attitude towards supporting young people?

TeacherActive is proud to be working with a number of secondary schools across Northumberland, who are looking to appoint Cover Supervisors on a temporary long-term basis. These schools are committed to creating engaging learning environments where students are encouraged to develop both academically and personally.

The schools are looking to take on reliable and adaptable Cover Supervisors who can confidently support students across Key Stage 3 / KS3 and Key Stage 4 / KS4. The successful Cover Supervisor will be responsible for delivering pre-planned lessons, maintaining classroom behaviour, and ensuring students remain engaged with their learning throughout the school day.

The successful Cover Supervisor KS3/KS4 will have:

Experience working with young people in an educational or similar setting

Strong classroom and behaviour management skills

Excellent communication and organisational abilities

The ability to confidently deliver pre-set lesson plans

A proactive and adaptable attitude

A ‘can-do’ approach with the willingness to get stuck in
