Cover Supervisor

We are looking to recruit a Cover Supervisor to work on a flexible day-to-day basis, with opportunities to secure long-term roles. The successful Cover Supervisor will be responsible for supervising lessons in the absence of teaching staff, ensuring students stay on task, complete set work, and uphold school behaviour policies across KS3 and KS4.

The successful Cover Supervisor will have:

• At least 6 months experience working within a UK education setting
• Experience working within a secondary school environment
• Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
• Confidence delivering pre-set lessons across Key Stage 3 / KS3 and Key Stage 4 / KS4
• A proactive and flexible approach to work
• Excellent communication and classroom presence
