Are you looking for a part-time Cover Supervisor role within supportive Primary Schools in Hull?

TeacherActive is proud to be working with a number of welcoming Primary Schools across Hull, who are looking to appoint reliable and enthusiastic Cover Supervisors. The schools are committed to creating positive learning environments where pupils are encouraged to thrive academically, socially and emotionally within a supportive and inclusive setting.

The schools are looking to take on a part-time Cover Supervisor from September. The successful Cover Supervisor will be responsible for covering lessons in the absence of the class teacher, managing classroom behaviour effectively, ensuring pupils remain engaged with their work, and maintaining a positive learning environment across both Key Stage 1 / KS1 and Key Stage 2 / KS2.

The successful Cover Supervisor will have:

Experience working with children within a school setting

Confidence managing a classroom independently

Strong behaviour management skills

The ability to adapt to different year groups and subjects

Excellent communication and organisational skills

A positive and proactive attitude
