TeacherActive is proud to be working with a mainstream secondary school in Levenshulme, which has recently achieved an ‘Outstanding’ OFSTED rating. The school promotes a supportive and inclusive learning environment, with excellent facilities and a strong focus on student progress and achievement.

The school is looking to take on a dedicated Design Technology Teacher on a long-term basis, starting immediately. The successful Design Technology Teacher will be responsible for delivering high-quality lessons across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4, inspiring students through practical and creative learning while maintaining strong classroom management.

The successful Design Technology Teacher will have:

• QTS with a Design Technology specialism (ECTs are welcome to apply)
• Experience teaching Design Technology up to Key Stage 4 / KS4
• Strong classroom management skills
• Ability to plan and deliver engaging, practical lessons
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• A proactive and adaptable approach
