Job Title: Early Years Practitioner
Location: Exeter
Start Date: Immediate Start
Salary: £14.25 per hour
TeacherActive is proud to be working with a warm and welcoming nursery setting in Exeter, who are looking to appoint a dedicated Early Years Practitioner. The setting provides a safe, engaging, and stimulating environment where children are encouraged to learn through play, exploration, and creativity while building confidence and independence.
The nursery is looking to take on an Early Years Practitioner on a full-time long-term basis with an immediate start available. The successful Early Years Practitioner will be supporting children within the Early Years setting, assisting with day-to-day activities, supporting learning and development, and helping to create a positive and inclusive environment for all children. Previous experience is preferred but not essential for the right Early Years Practitioner with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
The successful Early Years Practitioner will have:
Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification preferred but not essential
Experience working within a nursery or Early Years setting preferred
Knowledge of the EYFS curriculum
A caring and nurturing approach to supporting young children
Strong communication and teamwork skills
A positive and proactive attitude
