The Role
As an Early Years Support member of staff, you will assist Nursery Practitioners and senior team members in delivering high-quality care and education. You will help create a safe, engaging, and nurturing environment that supports children’s development and learning through play.
What We’re Looking For
- A genuine interest in working within an early years or nursery setting
- Previous experience with children is desirable but not essential
- A positive, caring, and proactive attitude
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Willingness to learn and develop within the role
- A relevant childcare qualification is beneficial but not required
