Are you an experienced Exam Invigilator looking for flexible, casual work in a secondary school setting?

Do you have a valid DBS on the update service and at least 6 months experience working in schools or a similar environment?

Are you reliable, vigilant and confident in maintaining exam conditions and supporting students during assessment periods?

TeacherActive is proud to be working with a mainstream secondary school in Hereford, known for its supportive environment and strong focus on student achievement. The school promotes a calm and structured atmosphere, particularly during exam periods, ensuring students are able to perform at their best.

The school is looking to take on Exam Invigilators on a casual and flexible basis starting in May to support during the busy exam period. The successful Exam Invigilators will be responsible for supervising students during exams, ensuring regulations are followed, and maintaining a quiet and controlled environment, with opportunities for additional roles such as Cover Supervisor for the right candidates.

The successful Exam Invigilator will have:

• A current DBS on the update service is highly desirable
• At least 6 months experience working within a school or similar educational setting
• Previous experience as an Exam Invigilator is preferable but training can be provided
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow strict procedures
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• A professional and reliable attitude
