The schools are looking to appoint a Welsh speaking Higher Level Teaching Assistant on a temporary basis with an immediate start. The successful Higher Level Teaching Assistant will support teaching and learning across the classroom, deliver planned lessons in the absence of the teacher, and work with pupils across Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2, ensuring high standards of engagement and behaviour.

The successful Higher Level Teaching Assistant will have:

• HLTA qualification or equivalent experience
• Fluency in Welsh and the ability to support learning through the medium of Welsh
• Experience working within a primary school setting
• Confidence leading lessons and supporting whole class learning
• Strong classroom management skills
• A proactive and flexible approach
