Salary: £14.25 per hour

The setting is looking to take on a dedicated Learning Support Assistant on a long-term basis. The successful Learning Support Assistant will be supporting students across a range of courses, providing both classroom and 1:1 support, helping learners with additional needs to access the curriculum and reach their full potential.

The successful Learning Support Assistant will have:

• Experience working in a Further Education or education setting
• Experience supporting students with additional needs such as SEND, ASD, or SEMH
• A relevant qualification or willingness to develop within the role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A patient, adaptable and proactive approach
• A ‘can-do’ attitude and willingness to support across different departments
