TeacherActive is proud to be working with a mainstream Primary School based in Rhondda Cynon Taff, who are looking to appoint a Learning Support Assistant. A setting that encourages pupils in reaching their full potential, the Learning Support Assistant will be able to demonstrate enthusiasm and get stuck into activities across all ages. The classroom has such a warm and nurturing environment and the Learning Support Assistant will be a huge part in creating this for the children. The school truly does champion their students and ensure their voices are heard!

The school is looking to take on a well-rounded and flexible Learning Support Assistant on a day-to-day basis, potentially for long term. Looking for a Learning Support Assistant who can work within group settings and 1:1, the ideal candidate will be able to help children to develop their reading and language skills. The Senior Leadership Team are dedicated to ensuring the successful Learning Support Assistant will be supported and developed from day one.

The successful Primary Teacher will have:

• Level 3 Teaching Assistant Qualification (Level 2 welcomed)

• Education support experience in the UK

• Excellent classroom management
