These schools are committed to creating inclusive learning environments where every child is supported to reach their full potential, including pupils with additional learning and behavioural needs.

The schools are looking to take on dedicated Level 3 Teaching Assistants for a variety of long-term, day-to-day, part-time and permanent positions. The successful Level 3 Teaching Assistant will be supporting pupils across different year groups, including children with SEN requirements such as Autism / ASD, ADHD and SEMH needs, while working closely with class teachers to provide engaging and supportive learning experiences.

The successful Level 3 Teaching Assistant will have:

• Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification

• Experience working within a UK school setting

• Experience supporting children with SEN requirements

• Strong behaviour management skills

• A caring and adaptable approach

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
