The school is looking to take on a dedicated Level 3 Teaching Assistant on a long term, part time basis with an immediate start. The successful Level 3 Teaching Assistant will be working within an Early Years setting, providing 1:1 support and helping to create a positive, engaging learning environment for young learners.

The successful Level 3 Teaching Assistant will have:

• Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification
• Experience working within Early Years
• Experience providing 1:1 support
• A patient, nurturing and supportive approach
• Strong communication skills
• A proactive and flexible attitude
