Job Title: Lunchtime Supervisor
Location: Selly Oak
Start Date: Immediate Start
Salary: £14.24 - £16.50 per hour

TeacherActive is proud to be working with a specialist school in Selly Oak supporting children and young people with Autism / ASD and additional learning needs. The school provides a safe, inclusive and structured environment where students are encouraged to build confidence, independence and positive social interactions throughout the school day.
The school is looking to take on a caring and reliable Lunchtime Supervisor on a part-time basis with an immediate start available. The successful Lunchtime Supervisor will be supporting students during the transition from classroom learning into lunchtime activities, supervising outdoor play and supporting students during mealtimes. Personal care may also be required as part of the role.
The successful Lunchtime Supervisor will have:
Previous experience working as a Lunchtime Supervisor
Experience supporting children with Autism / ASD or additional needs
A calm, patient and nurturing attitude
Strong communication and behaviour management skills
The ability to support students during transitions and social activities
A willingness to support with personal care where required
