Job Title: Maths Teacher

Salary: £32,217 - £47,112 per annum £2,400 bonus

TeacherActive is proud to be working with a supportive secondary school in Lichfield, which has been rated ‘Good’ by OFSTED. The school is committed to providing an inclusive learning environment and specialises in supporting students with dyslexia, promoting confidence and achievement for all learners.
The school is looking to appoint a dedicated Maths Teacher on a permanent, full-time basis starting in September. The successful Maths Teacher will be responsible for teaching KS3 and KS4 students, with full planning and preparation responsibilities, ensuring lessons are accessible and engaging for students with dyslexia. This role is not suitable for ECTs and requires a confident and experienced Maths Teacher.
The successful Maths Teacher will have:
• QTS with a specialism in Mathematics
• Proven experience teaching Maths across KS3 and KS4
• Strong understanding of supporting students with dyslexia or additional learning needs
• Excellent planning, preparation, and assessment skills
• Strong classroom management and behaviour management skills
• A proactive and adaptable approach to teaching
