TeacherActive is proud to be working with a welcoming private day nursery based in Tunbridge Wells, who are looking to appoint a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner Assistant. This nursery provides a warm and stimulating environment where children are encouraged to learn through play, exploration and creativity, while promoting independence and confidence from an early age.

The nursery is looking to take on a dedicated Level 3 Nursery Practitioner Assistant on a full-time long-term basis, with the opportunity to become permanent for the right Level 3 Nursery Practitioner Assistant. The successful Nursery Practitioner Assistant will be supporting children across the early years setting, helping to deliver engaging activities in line with the EYFS curriculum while ensuring children feel safe, supported and encouraged throughout the day.

The successful Level 3 Nursery Practitioner Assistant will have:

• Level 3 qualification in Childcare or Early Years
• Experience working within a nursery or early years setting
• Strong knowledge of the EYFS curriculum
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• A caring and nurturing approach to supporting young children
• A positive ‘can-do’ attitude and willingness to get stuck in
