This warm and welcoming setting is dedicated to providing exceptional care, creating a safe and stimulating environment where children can thrive, develop independence, and build a love for learning through play and exploration.

This nursery is looking to take on a Nursery Room Leader on either a full-time or part-time basis, with both long-term and short-term opportunities available to suit individual availability. The successful Nursery Room Leader will be responsible for leading a nursery room, supporting children’s development through engaging activities in line with the EYFS curriculum, while working closely with staff and parents to ensure the highest standard of care. There are both full-day and half-day shifts available, offering excellent flexibility, with the opportunity to become permanent for the right Nursery Room Leader.

The successful Nursery Room Leader will have:

• A Level 3 Childcare qualification or equivalent
• Previous experience working within an early years setting
• Strong knowledge of the EYFS curriculum
• Experience leading activities and supporting a nursery room
• A caring and nurturing approach to supporting children
• A positive ‘can-do’ attitude and strong teamwork skills
