TeacherActive is proud to be working with a private day nursery based in Stockport. This welcoming nursery provides a safe, stimulating and inclusive environment where children are encouraged to learn through play and exploration. The setting has a strong focus on supporting every child’s individual development while creating a warm and positive atmosphere for both staff and children.
The nursery is looking to take on a dedicated Nursery Practitioner on a long-term, full-time basis. The successful Nursery Practitioner will be supporting children across the Early Years Foundation Stage / EYFS, helping to deliver engaging activities, supporting daily routines and ensuring children feel safe and supported throughout the day. The successful Nursery Practitioner will work closely with the wider nursery team to promote positive learning and development outcomes.
The successful Nursery Practitioner will have:
Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Childcare or Early Years
Experience working within an EYFS setting
A caring and nurturing attitude
Strong communication and teamwork skills
A positive and proactive approach
The ability to create engaging activities for young children
