TeacherActive is proud to be working with a number of welcoming nurseries in the Torquay area, all of which provide nurturing and engaging environments for children aged 3-5. These settings focus on creating a safe, stimulating space where children can learn through play and develop key early years skills.

The nurseries are looking to take on a dedicated Nursery Practitioner on a long-term basis. The successful Nursery Practitioner will be supporting children within the 3-5 age range, delivering activities in line with the EYFS framework and ensuring a positive and inclusive learning environment.

The successful Nursery Practitioner will have:
• Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Childcare or Early Years
• Experience working with children aged 3-5 in a nursery or early years setting
• Strong knowledge of the EYFS curriculum
• A positive and proactive approach to supporting children’s development
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• A caring and patient nature
