TeacherActive is proud to be working with a welcoming and nurturing nursery in Hucknall, who are looking to appoint a dedicated Nursery Practitioner. The nursery provides a warm and engaging environment where children are encouraged to learn through play, develop confidence, and reach key developmental milestones in a safe and supportive setting.
The nursery is looking to take on a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner on a long-term part-time basis, working a 24-hour contract across 3 days per week. The successful Nursery Practitioner will support children across the Early Years setting, delivering engaging activities in line with the EYFS framework while ensuring children’s wellbeing and development remains at the centre of practice.
The successful Nursery Practitioner will have:
Level 3 qualification in Childcare or Early Years
Experience working within a nursery or Early Years setting
Knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage / EYFS curriculum
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
A caring and patient nature
A positive ‘can-do’ attitude
