TeacherActive is proud to be working with a lovely, nurturing primary school in Treorchy, known for its inclusive ethos and high standards. The school has a strong reputation and provides dedicated SEN classrooms, creating a supportive environment for both staff and pupils to thrive.

The school is looking to appoint a Primary Teacher on a full time basis starting in September. The successful Primary Teacher will be working across the primary age range, with responsibilities including supporting pupils with MLD within specialist classrooms, delivering engaging lessons, and maintaining a positive and structured learning environment.

The successful Primary Teacher will have:

• QTS (NQTs are encouraged to apply)
• Experience teaching within a primary school setting
• Knowledge or experience supporting pupils with ALN, particularly MLD
• Strong classroom management skills
• A caring and patient approach to teaching
• A proactive and adaptable attitude
