At TeacherActive, we’re currently working closely with a range of welcoming and supportive primary schools across Cardigan and the surrounding areas, recruiting teachers across the Foundation Phase, KS1 and KS2.

Whether you’re an experienced teacher, an NQT, or returning to education after some time away, we completely understand that everyone is looking for something different. My role is to get to know you properly, understand the kind of school environment you’re looking for, and do my very best to find you a role where you’ll feel happy and supported.

The role will involve:

• Delivering engaging and high-quality lessons in line with the Curriculum for Wales
• Creating a positive and supportive classroom environment
• Supporting pupil progress and wellbeing across the Foundation Phase, KS1 and KS2
• Adapting learning to support pupils with Additional Learning Needs (ALN)
• Working closely with school staff to support the wider school community

What we’re looking for:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Experience working within primary schools
• Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
• A genuine passion for supporting and inspiring young learners
