Salary: £150 - £230 per day

Are you an experienced Primary Teacher with sound knowledge of the KS2 curriculum?

TeacherActive is proud to be working with a welcoming Primary School based in Hull, who are looking to appoint a dedicated Primary Teacher for their Year 5 and Year 6 classes. The school has a strong community ethos and is committed to creating a positive and engaging learning environment where pupils are encouraged to achieve their full potential.

The school is looking to take on a passionate Primary Teacher on a full-time long-term basis, with the opportunity to become permanent for the right Primary Teacher. The successful Primary Teacher will be responsible for delivering engaging lessons across KS2, supporting pupils in preparation for SATs, and maintaining high standards of behaviour and achievement throughout the classroom.

The successful Primary Teacher will have:

QTS (ECTs are also welcomed to apply)

Experience teaching within Key Stage 2 / KS2

Strong knowledge of the Primary Curriculum

Excellent classroom management skills

A positive and proactive approach to teaching

The ability to build strong relationships with pupils and staff
