The school is looking to take on a full-time EYFS Teaching Assistant on a long term basis starting in May 2026. The successful EYFS Teaching Assistant will be supporting within an EYFS setting, delivering phonics sessions and leading small group work, while assisting the class teacher with day-to-day classroom responsibilities.
The successful EYFS Teaching Assistant will have:
• Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification
• Experience working within an EYFS setting
• Strong knowledge and experience of delivering phonics
• Experience supporting children through small group interventions
• A proactive and adaptable approach to classroom support
• A positive, enthusiastic attitude
