The school is looking to appoint a Primary Teaching Assistant on a full-time basis for a one-year fixed term contract starting in September. The successful Primary Teaching Assistant will be supporting a pupil on a 1:1 basis with SEND, requiring strong communication skills, patience and the ability to adapt learning to meet individual needs.

The successful Primary Teaching Assistant will have:
• Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent
• Experience working within a primary school setting
• Experience supporting children with SEND on a 1:1 basis
• Strong communication and behaviour management skills
• A patient, nurturing and adaptable approach
• A ‘can-do’ attitude and willingness to support across the classroom
