TeacherActive is proud to be working on behalf of an Outstanding 2-form entry primary school in Leytonstone that is seeking a passionate and dedicated SEND Teacher to join their team from September.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified teacher with strong SEND experience to work in a supportive, inclusive and forward-thinking school that places pupils’ wellbeing and progress at the heart of everything it does.

The successful SEND Teacher will deliver high-quality, tailored teaching and support for pupils with a range of additional needs. You will work closely with the SENCO, class teachers, support staff and external professionals to ensure every child can access learning and make excellent progress.

The school is looking for a SEND Teacher who:

• Holds QTS
• Has experience supporting pupils with SEND in a primary setting
• Is confident planning and delivering differentiated lessons
• Can build strong relationships with pupils, staff and families
• Has a nurturing, patient and proactive approach
• Is committed to inclusive education and raising outcomes for all learners
