TeacherActive is proud to be working with a SEMH School in Chesterfield who is looking for a full time Science teacher to join them on a temp to permanent basis.
You will be teaching mostly KS3/early KS2.
In this role you will be expected to :
- Plan, prepare and deliver engaging lesson.
- Create a positive learning environment that supports children and young people's educational and personal growth
- Contribute to a environment where pupils and staff experience a positive and enriching school life.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience working with children with SEND/SEMH
- The right personality to fit the setting - Nurturing, patient and understanding.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) desireable
- Experience in teaching Science .
- Strong classroom management skills and the ability to inspire and motivate children and young people.
