Job Title: Science Teacher

Salary: £32,217 - £47,112 per annum £2,400 bonus

TeacherActive is proud to be working with a mainstream secondary school in Lichfield, which has been rated ‘Good’ by OFSTED. The school has a strong inclusive ethos and is committed to supporting students with dyslexia, providing a nurturing and structured learning environment.
The school is looking to appoint a full-time, permanent Science Teacher from September. The successful Science Teacher will be responsible for teaching KS3 and KS4 students, delivering engaging lessons, and completing full planning and preparation. This role is suitable for ECTs and experienced Science Teachers who are confident in supporting students with additional learning needs, particularly dyslexia.
The successful Science Teacher will have:
• QTS with a Science specialism (ECTs are encouraged to apply)
• Experience teaching Science up to KS4
• Strong classroom management skills
• Experience or understanding of supporting students with dyslexia
• A positive, ‘can-do’ attitude
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
