Salary: £14.26 - £18.00 per hour

The setting is known for its inclusive ethos, supportive and friendly team, and strong commitment to ensuring all staff feel valued and part of the wider school community.

The setting is looking to take on a dedicated SEND Learning Support Assistant on a long-term, full-time basis, working 5 days a week during term time only. The successful SEND Learning Support Assistant will be supporting students with a range of needs including ASD, SEMH, and complex learning difficulties, both on a 1:1 basis and in small groups, ensuring engagement, progress, and positive behaviour.

The successful SEND Learning Support Assistant will have:
• Experience working with children or young people with SEND such as ASD, SEMH, or complex needs
• A relevant qualification in education, childcare, or support work (desirable)
• Strong behaviour management and de-escalation skills
• The ability to build positive relationships with students and staff
• A patient, resilient and nurturing approach
• A proactive and adaptable attitude
