TeacherActive is proud to be working with a specialist SEND school in Bristol, providing high quality education for pupils aged 4 to 19. The school promotes a nurturing, structured and inclusive environment, supporting students with a wide range of needs to achieve their full potential.
The school is looking to take on a highly motivated, dedicated and professional SEND Teacher on a permanent, part-time basis starting September 2026. The successful SEND Teacher will be working with pupils with severe learning difficulties, profound and multiple learning difficulties, autistic spectrum disorder, attachment disorder and dysregulated behaviours, delivering differentiated learning and supporting EHCP outcomes within a structured environment.
The successful SEND Teacher will have:
• QTS or ECT status
• Experience working with children and young people with SEND, including ASD and PMLD
• Experience supporting learners with complex needs and differentiated learning
• Strong understanding of EHCPs and inclusive practice
• A patient, nurturing and adaptable approach
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
