TeacherActive is proud to be working with a specialist SEND school in Bromsgrove, supporting students from Reception through to Post 16. The school provides a nurturing and inclusive environment, focusing on helping pupils with a wide range of learning difficulties to achieve their full potential through tailored support and strong pastoral care.

The school is looking to take on a dedicated SEND Teacher on a long-term, temporary basis with an immediate start. The successful SEND Teacher will be working across all age groups from 4 to 19, supporting students with autism, communication difficulties and additional learning needs, delivering engaging lessons and adapting teaching strategies to meet individual requirements.

The successful SEND Teacher will have:
• QTS
• Experience working as a SEND Teacher or supporting children with additional needs
• Knowledge of autism, communication difficulties and complex learning needs
• Strong behaviour management and classroom management skills
• A patient, resilient and adaptable approach
• A ‘can-do’ attitude with a passion for supporting SEND learners
