Salary: £145.00 - £230.00 per day

TeacherActive is proud to be working with a specialist provision in Bristol that supports students with a range of additional needs. The setting has a strong inclusive ethos, a supportive and friendly team, and is committed to ensuring both staff and students feel valued, safe, and part of a cohesive learning community.

The setting is looking to take on a dedicated SEND Teacher on a full-time basis, working 5 days a week. The successful SEND Teacher will be working with students with SEND and SEMH needs, delivering engaging and differentiated lessons, supporting pastoral development, and promoting positive behaviour and emotional wellbeing.

The successful SEND Teacher will have:
• QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or be an ECT with SEND experience
• A degree or background in SEND or a related field (desirable)
• Experience working with SEND and SEMH students
• Strong behaviour management and de-escalation skills
• Team Teach training or equivalent (desirable)
• A resilient, dynamic, and engaging approach with strong pastoral awareness
