We are currently recruiting for a dedicated and enthusiastic SEND Teaching Assistant to join welcoming and supportive schools

The Role:

• Supporting pupils with a range of SEND needs including ASD, ADHD, SEMH, and communication difficulties
• Providing 1:1 and small group support
• Assisting the class teacher in creating an inclusive learning environment
• Supporting pupils both academically and emotionally
• Encouraging positive behaviour and engagement within the classroom

The Ideal Candidate:

• Previous experience working with children or young people with SEND
• Calm, patient, and adaptable approach
• Strong behaviour management and communication skills
• Passionate about supporting pupil development and wellbeing
