Job Title: Teaching Assistant
Location: Caerphilly
Start Date: September
Salary: £85.50 - £92 per day

TeacherActive is proud to be working with a small, welcoming primary school in Caerphilly. The school has a strong focus on inclusion and providing a supportive, nurturing environment for all pupils, with a commitment to helping every child reach their full potential.
The school is looking to take on a Teaching Assistant on a long-term basis starting in September. The successful Teaching Assistant will be supporting pupils across the primary age range, with a strong focus on children with Additional Learning Needs (ALN), providing tailored support and working closely with the class teacher.
The successful Teaching Assistant will have:
• Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification
• Experience working within a primary school setting
• Experience supporting children with ALN
• A nurturing and patient approach to supporting pupils
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• A ‘can-do’ attitude and willingness to get involved
