Teaching Assistant

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Teaching Assistant to join a supportive and inclusive school in the Cardiff area. The role involves general classroom support alongside providing one-to-one assistance to pupils, ideally with experience in Additional Learning Needs (ALN). Key Attributes of the Ideal Teaching Assistant

First Aid experience and relevant qualifications are highly desirable.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience supporting pupils with Additional Learning Needs (ALN).
• A Level 3 NVQ, CACHE qualification or higher (preferred but not essential).
• Familiarity with ELSA or Thrive programmes (preferred but not essential).
• A caring, empathetic and patient approach.
